Artis Senior Living Earns Great Place to Work^® Certification for Fourth Consecutive Year

Recognition reflects associate feedback, strong participation, and a continued investment in workplace culture. 

Artis Senior Living is proud to announce it has once again been certified by Great Place to Work^® for the 2026-2027 recognition period, marking the fourth consecutive year the company has earned the national distinction across all Artis communities.  

The certification is based entirely on direct associate feedback gathered through the annual Great Place to Work Trust Index™ survey, which measures key aspects of workplace culture including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Certification requires consistent positive feedback across a broad range of workplace culture measures, along with strong employee survey participation rates. The recognition is considered one of the most credible workplace distinctions because it is based entirely on associate experience. Artis achieved four-point year-over-year Trust Index score, with a 74% overall participation rate.
