Our Values
Our guiding principles help us set a high standard for quality, safety and well-being, every day.
A
All Together
We believe that teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect create an environment where everyone is motivated to be and do their best. We understand interdependence and consider the impact of business decisions on residents, associates, families, local partners, and owners.
r
Radiate Positivity & Compassion
We recognize that our attitudes directly affect our residents and each other. We know positivity is integral to holistic well-being and is a collective effort, shared and amplified by associates, residents, families, and our local partners alike. We support residents and each other in building resilience, helping residents to navigate the challenges of aging and dementia with warmth and tenderness.
t
Thoughtfulness Wins
We think before we act, because we are ultimately responsible for our actions and decisions. We exhibit empathy and integrity. We strive to know and honor each other’s stories and to make each moment meaningful. We exhibit behavior that inspires others to do what’s right for our residents, their families, and our associates.
i
Inspired Well-Being
We believe that optimal well-being can be achieved at any age, and we aim to create an environment that encourages individuality and independence. We believe that the right mix of sleep, nutrition, natural light, movement, meaningful relationships, and opportunities for play are the secret to living an inspired and present life.
s
Strive To Be Better
We know that while we pride ourselves on what we do, continuous improvement is how we maintain an Artis level of quality. We know that profitability allows us to maintain our promises to residents and families. We embrace change, nimbly adapt from failures, and frequently celebrate successes.

What Artis families are saying
I am posting an update review.
I lost my wife after 39 wonderful years. Her last 14 months were confined to a wheel chair. The love and support 24 hours a day were relentless.
The staff were always interacting with Francoise and brought others together creating a happy and calm envirment. There was always an activity that worked in such a way all the residents could react.
A huge thank you to the staff and management for always providing a loving environment and the 100 percent support.

After visiting several facilities, I walked into Artis and was welcomed by the receptionist who made me feel so comfortable. The reception area is small and quaint, unlike some of the other facilities with the fancy chandeliers and shiny marble floors. I could already tell that this place was very different from where my husband lived. As I toured the facility and met with different staff members, they told me that they truly enjoyed working there, most of them telling me that they had worked there for several years. This says a lot in an industry where there is a lot of turnover.
Touring the 4 different neighborhoods, the common meeting area, and the beautifully maintained outdoor space and walking trails, I noticed the care and attention that the team takes to make sure that everything is just like home. When they brought me into the neighborhood where my husband would sleep and have his meals, I met two amazing Care Partners whose job it is is to make sure my husband’s personal needs and meals were taken care of. Both of these women had been working at Artis for several years, which made me realize that they loved their jobs and were treated well by management. I spoke to the wonderful nurse on duty who, also, had been working there for several years. She was just as kind as everyone else that I had met.
I have enjoyed eating several meals with my husband. The chef prepares meals that rival a fine dining restaurant with all fresh ingredients (no frozen vegetables and fruit are ever served)! No wonder the food is so good. He is a trained chef, graduating from the Miami Culinary Institute. Artis does not skimp on anything!
Something that I had never encountered in all the different facilities that I had visited is a woman whose job it is is to make sure that everything is handled the “Artis Way”, following the high standards set by Artis. She spends the first two days of a resident’s arrival showing them around their new home and taking them to all the wonderful activities they plan each day. My concerns about my husband’s transition to a new facility were no longer a concern.
I needed to look no further. I had found the place where my husband would be looked after as if I was taking care of him. it couldn’t have been a smoother transition. He has now lived at Artis for almost 6 weeks, and I cannot find anything negative to say. I visit him often and always leave with a sense of calm, knowing that he is in a place where he gets the compassionate care that he deserves.
I must say that throughout my 30 years in Senior Living, Artis of Boca really gives me that down home feeling. We truly love our residents
and I love being part of team Boca!

Artis associates are the heart of our communities, 🥰 🥰 🥰 and families love to let us know the positive difference they make. So during the month of love, we invited them to share kind words about a thoughtful member of our team by writing a Google review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The kudos poured in throughout February, and kept right on coming though Associate Appreciation Day on March 7.
We celebrated with parties, thoughtful gifts, and armloads of gratitude. 🎊 Special congratulations to Great Falls Memory Care by Artis for receiving the most reviews – and a ✨$2,500 Breakroom Glow Up! ✨
Thank you, Artis associates, for bringing your best every single day!
