Our master gardener of West Shore’s Garden Club, Marsha, created some amazing dishes using the gardens’ first harvest with our Culinary Director!
Our gardens’ watermelon was the sweetest one we’ve ever eaten! The herbs and jalapeños were used to make fresh salsa and enchiladas😋
