May is Mental Health Awareness Month – and at Artis, we know that supporting our residents means supporting the families and caregivers who love them, too.
Caregiving is meaningful work. It's also emotionally demanding in ways that are easy to minimize and hard to sustain alone. Nearly 1 in 4 U.S. adults are currently caring for a loved one – and many are doing so without much support of their own.

We had a colorful, festive party for Cinco de Mayo this week! What a great reason for us to dive into Mexican culture and experience the food, music, and history of the holiday.
