A Beautiful Afternoon at the Hearts & Hands Valentine Café 🤝❤️
There is something so powerful about a simple touch. This afternoon our "Hearts & Hands Café" brought families together for a celebration of love, music, and deep connection.
While the live music played and cookies were decorated, the true heart of the afternoon was found in the quiet moments. We captured intimate Polaroid photos of residents and their loved ones simply holding hands—a beautiful symbol of their enduring bond! 💞
Families then spent time together decorating these photos with conversation hearts and gems, turning a simple moment into a sparkling keepsake. It was a moving reminder that togetherness is the greatest gift of all.
