She knew personal details about the resident. And within moments of being greeted by Nicole, you could see the resident was at ease. And she was equally as empathetic and supportive to the family. Nicole is a blessing to Artis of Lexington.
I am so happy to be part of the Artis family! We have a wonderful group of caregivers and managers that really make everyday special. Madison our Director of Wellness has done an amazing job making sure our residents are taken care of and communicating with our families.
