Caregiver Support Group
Join us either in-person or virtually to exchange practical information on caregiving problems and possible solutions, talk through challenges and ways of coping, share feelings and needs, and learn about available resources.
We create thoughtful experiences that evoke positive emotions, memories, and connections, enhancing overall well-being and quality of life.
Movement
Daily adaptive, instructor-led classes help build strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.
Sensory Programs
