What Artis families are saying
Sadly, most of us wait too long to get our loved ones to a place that can keep them safe, fed, properly medicated and bathed. It’s a tough decision for a family. While nobody wants to to be get to the point of needing memory care, Artis provides a clean and caring environment. I am grateful for the care and compassion all the staff shared with my father.
Artis is has the most kind and compassionate people who work there. The entire staff is really wonderful – they always greet residents with their name, engage in conversations with them, care for them in a really caring way. I can’t say enough about feeling so comfortable leaving my mom in their hands – and she has been in a few places – nothing compares to this home – truly!
I am currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for Artis of Branford. I have seen this amazing team grow and bring so much joy to our residents for nearly 4 years now. Prior to working here I would frequently refer families to Artis because I knew that they were the experts in memory care. Working with families who are facing the challenging decision to move their loved ones into a memory care community is something I am truly passionate about. It is an incredibly difficult decision to make. My team at Artis strives to make their decision and their experience a positive one, not only for our residents but for their families as well. If you are looking for a community that is family oriented with a warm and welcoming environment, Artis of Branford should be your #1 choice.
We moved my Father in Law in on Memorial Day weekend. It was a difficult decision. He was living at home with great caregivers, but needed more activities and socialization. Artis is outstanding at providing opportunities for residents to be engaged, listen to music, participate in a variety of art, cooking, low impact exercise and games. The people are very caring and there is a real positive vibe. He is very happy. We have never thought twice about the decision.
Artis Senior Living in Branford is by far one of the best assisted living facilities in CT that I have had the pleasure to work side by side with as a home hospice nurse. Not only does the ambiance feel and look homey, but the staff are very friendly and show just how much they care about each resident, and their loved ones, in order to make a real home for each person. Their director of nursing, Ashley, really takes a team approach to make sure everyone is taken care of based on their individual needs. The nursing staff have kept us as outside providers informed on every detail, in real time, in order to provide the best level of care possible. Overall, Ashely and her staff are very knowledgeable, caring, and have been wonderful to work with over the past couple if years.
Artis Senior Living of Branford CT provides an outstanding quality of care and the highest level of support for their residents. I have had the opportunity to work with mostly all of the staff within the building over the last several months – and have been fortunate enough to witness the everlasting compassion and dedication they bring to their roles. The commitment to excellence at Artis Senior Living is truly exceptional.
The facility itself is designed with the residents’ well-being in mind. The spacious, well-lit common areas and thoughtfully arranged living spaces create an environment that promotes both comfort and engagement. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the cleanliness of the facility to the beautiful outdoor spaces that residents can enjoy.
What truly sets Artis Senior Living apart is the staff’s genuine care and respect for the residents. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each individual’s unique needs are met. Whether it’s providing assistance with daily activities, organizing enriching programs, or simply offering a friendly smile and conversation, the staff members exhibit a level of compassion that goes beyond their job descriptions.
Artis has created a community that feels like an extended family. The warmth and inclusiveness displayed by the staff contribute to a positive and uplifting atmosphere. It’s evident that they are not just providing care; they are creating a home where residents can thrive and enjoy a high quality of life.
