Daily adaptive, instructor-led classes help build strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.

Pet Therapy

Visiting therapy animals offer emotional support, and help reduce stress and anxiety. 

Monthly Group Outings

Trips to local museums, parks, and restaurants keep residents safely engaged with the greater community.

Town Hall Meetings

Residents and families have a voice in community policies and events in, discussion with community leaders. 

Volunteering

Residents have opportunities to remain involved with charities and organizations, and continue to make a difference.

We had such a blast playing Bingo with members of Bethesda United Methodist Church! The room was filled with laughter, smiles, and a little friendly competition. It was a fantastic time for everyone, and we can’t wait to do it again!
