Our residents at Olney Memory Care by Artis rolled up their sleeves to make pumpkin pudding, taking turns scooping, stirring, and lending a helping hand. With a bowl this big, teamwork was definitely on the menu! 😊
Familiar kitchen skills were put to delicious use, and everyone brought their own mixing technique to the table. Our recipe for a good afternoon? A little pumpkin, plenty of helping hands, and great company! 🍂

As dementia progresses, a person may lose the words for “I’m scared” or “my back hurts,” even as the feeling itself stays very real. That means someone else has to notice it for them. Our Olney Memory Care by Artis crew enjoyed a beautiful day at Butler’s Orchard, soaking up the sunshine, visiting the farm animals, and posing with a pumpkin almost as big as our group! The sweetest moments? A gentle hand reaching through the fence, friends holding hands, and smiles shared along the way. 💛
