Olney Memory Care by Artis celebrated a Blue Christmas with a very special guest — Elvis! 🎤
Holiday hits filled the room as he sang, and showed off his famous shaking… dance moves.
Our residents enjoyed refreshments, great music, and time together as we laughed, sang along, and enjoyed the holiday spirit. It was a fun and festive afternoon filled with energy, nostalgia, and togetherness — Elvis style!

This evening, our residents at Olney Memory Care by Artis took a magical drive through a beautiful Winter Light Show — and it was truly one for the books.

Every month we team up with RSI – Rehabilitation Services, Inc. for an interactive, seasonal activity that promotes movement, mobility, engagement, and fun!
This week, our friends at RSI did just that — and more (as always!). The theme was all about the holidays and, more specifically… the gifts! 🎅🎁
From tabletop bowling, to launching Santa’s presents, and even helping Santa slide down the chimney, our residents had an absolute blast staying active while celebrating the season!

🌍✈️ Armchair Travel to Sri Lanka! 🇱🇰✨
At Olney Memory Care by Artis, our residents explored the beautiful island nation of Sri Lanka through sights, sounds, and stories!
We enjoyed a vibrant discussion and photos of tropical landscapes, ancient temples, colorful markets, and beautiful wildlife. Residents loved learning about Sri Lankan culture, traditional foods like curry and coconut dishes, and the country’s rich history and traditions.
📌 Fun Fact: Sri Lanka is home to the world’s oldest planted tree, known as the Sri Maha Bodhi, planted over 2,300 years ago!
