Such a wonderful, warm atmosphere! We are so grateful to have found this amazing Memory Care Facility for our father. Michelle, Missy, Lauri, Jill, Victor, Chef Doug and the entire staff are exceptionally caring, friendly, and phenomenal caregivers. Five stars is not enough for Great Falls Assisted Living Memory Care. The level of detail and care in every aspect of the resident’s life and communication to family members is truly wonderful. It all comes from the top and there’s no team more competent and engaged than Michelle, Jill and Lauri — anywhere. This is the third home for my mom after the other two big name LoCo facilities failed in leadership, services and basic care. Every single person at GF is a gem. We are so grateful!

The staff at Great Falls Assisted Living are all so caring towards the residents. My mom’s transition into assisted living was made so much easier by Missy, Lauri, Jill and all of the kind Care Givers she interacts with daily.
Great Falls Assisted Living is a great place to work (and live). I have been managing the salon at Great Falls for over 12 years – since they opened, and have had a great experience working there. It is always an amazing atmosphere – excellent management and friendly employees/residents. The staff here treats all residents so well and I would highly recommend as a place to work or live.
A sense of family, open-mindedness, compassion. These are the qualities that I witness day in and day out by the Associates of Great Falls Assisted Living when caring for the Residents. They are focused on helping each of the Residents find meaning and joy on a daily basis. The associates also have dedicated dementia training that translates into creating a nurturing environment specifically tailored to each Resident’s unique needs. I am so honored to be a part of this amazing, and truly caring, team of professionals. I would highly recommend Great Falls Assisted Living to anyone who is looking for Memory Care for a loved one.
I recently started working at Great Falls and I can already say that I love being a part of the team! It’s evident that the residents here are very well cared for by the Care Partners and other associates. I love how individualized the care is at Great Falls; and the emphasis that is put on getting to know each resident on a deep level. Both Brigette and Lauri work very hard to make each resident feel not only seen, but also special and loved every single day; I’ve loved getting to work closely with them the past few months. The community is very homey and safe, and also a great work environment! I would highly recommend Great Falls to anyone considering memory-care for a loved one, and also anyone looking for employment.
