In the kitchen, Ida is the definition of reliability and teamwork. Ida doesn’t just cook — she creates meaningful dining experiences. She knows each resident’s preferences and thoughtfully prepares alternatives when needed. Her meals are nutritious, delicious, and made with genuine love.
The residents truly feel Ida’s care. Some even look forward to speaking in Spanish with Ida — a small but powerful example of how she builds connection and belonging.
Her contributions extend beyond food. She has helped the community achieve deficiency-free health department surveys and supported the rollout of all new fresh menus. Ida leads with integrity, empathy and respect. She inspires others to go above and beyond and radiates positivity throughout the community.
