A special shout out to Nicole Kanelos, Director of the Artis Way Experience. Today, I got to see her welcoming a new neighbor into the community. She was empathetic, warm and positive. She knew personal details about the resident. And within moments of being greeted by Nicole, you could see the resident was at ease. And she was equally as empathetic and supportive to the family. Nicole is a blessing to Artis of Lexington.
