We had some fun looking back at our director team “then and now”… and let’s just say—some things have changed, and some things really haven’t.
From little kids with big personalities (and even bigger dreams) to the leaders we are today—it’s pretty special to see the journey.
What stands out most?
The same heart is still there.
The ones who were helpers, organizers, leaders, a little bossy 😉… are the same ones now showing up every day for our residents, families, and teams.
Different roles, bigger responsibilities—but the purpose feels the same.
