Our Avocad-Oh-So Happy Hour celebration continues, and this week’s featured avocado creation was nothing short of spectacular! 🥑✨
Chef Arthur wowed us with homemade semolina cappelletti pasta filled with creamy avocado and ricotta, finished with basil-infused oil, roasted breadcrumbs, and fresh chervil. Every bite was a delicious celebration of this versatile fruit!
As part of our Lifelong Learning program, we also explored the fascinating world of avocados—discovering the many different varieties and learning the rich history behind the beloved Hass avocado.
Who knew learning could be this delicious? We can’t wait to see what next week’s avocado adventure has in store! 💚

Residents joined us for our Avocad-Oh-So Happy Hour featuring delicious avocado toast and a fun life-long learning experience exploring the history of avocados. From their ancient roots in Central America to becoming a worldwide favorite, we enjoyed learning how this super fruit has stood the test of time.
