We were extremely pleased to honor Bosses Day at South Hills in appreciation of our outstanding executive director Dan, who consistently sets high standards for our community and staff, and leads by example. We are thankful to have him on our team. His love for his daughter and passion for fatherhood are evident, so we gifted him hats for them to wear. The Artis Ladies of Charity came together to assemble 200 snack bags for the less fortunate, to be distributed at the iconic red door in Pittsburgh. Their hearts swelled with joy at the opportunity to give back to their community. Once active members of the parish, they felt a renewed sense of purpose and connection as they worked together on this meaningful project.

Our monthly men's club meeting at South Hills was hosted by our Life in Enrichment Director, with a special guest in attendance. Our Director of Environmental Services, who takes care of our community and outdoor areas, also joined us. The men were delighted to have lunch from Jersey Mike's and discussed their cooking skills, favorite sports teams, and preferred restaurants. They revealed their love for chili on a cold day, so we will be serving chili at next month's men's lunch.
