It&#8217;s evident that the residents here are very well cared for by the Care Partners and other associates.  I love how individualized the care is at Great Falls; and the emphasis that is put on getting to know each resident on a deep level.  Both Brigette and Lauri work very hard to make each resident feel not only seen, but also special and loved every single day; I&#8217;ve loved getting to work closely with them the past few months.  The community is very homey and safe, and also a great work environment!
